Compared to last gen, quite a bit. A few new sidequests, vehicles, weapons, customization options, much more wild animals in the world including domesticated animals, a outset person view mode with reworked controls and support for GTA Online's newest expansions.

If you're talking about the current gen panel release to PC then it'south slightly prettier and can be a stable 60fps?

In the summer auction last year I got seven Days to Dice. I expected it to be "meh" but information technology's now my second most-played game according to Steam. They've put out a major update every month or two since and so (there was one longer stretch when they moved from the old to newer version of Unity) with minor updates/hotfixes/etc inbetween, and the game is pretty much what I imagined my ideal zombie apocalypse crafting/survival game would be similar. Dev blog is hither, they have their own forums and are a constant presence there. It'southward nonetheless in alpha so they're routinely loving effectually with how a lot of the systems work (which apparently pisses a lot of people off, but c'mon, y'all knew it was an alpha). I haven't really bothered with MP, and there are a lot of people who don't similar how they're handling that either, but only read some forums or look up 1 of the approximately 5 billion Youtube videos/streams of people playing to see what it's like.

I agree with this post. I was gifted this game from a kind goon during the wintertime sale (yay, gift train!) and information technology was everything I'd been looking for in a zombie/survival game. My favourite matter is the tunable settings. If I just desire to dick around in a more "survival" type of environment, I tin can turn the zombie spawn charge per unit style down and focus on scavenging, crafting, exploring, abode building, etc. If I desire to mow down waves upon waves of zombies, I tin can then ramp upwards the generation, and re-enter my aforementioned game to pile upwards the bodies on my freshly reinforced home's backyard. The large map and varied biomes are impressive too. Fifty-fifty the glitches are kind of fun. For some reason, even with the spawn rate cranked down, I'll sometimes be spooky in an attic at dark and and then hear a suspicious wave of groans budgeted quickly. I'll wait out of the window and see what looks to be every zombie in the game arriving in a massive horde to blindside at my door. If I don't want to deal with it, I can save and exit, and when I restart the game, they're gone. But a few times I've taken the opportunity to stand out on the roof or position myself across a river from the horde and just systematically wipe them all out (or shoot at them until they start to overrun me, at which point I run like hell).

Anyway, information technology's corking, and a perfect sale pickup, since information technology'll likely become a dainty auction price.

Hah, I thought they fixed hordes despawning on go out. In whatsoever event, thanks for pointing out what I missed and is another good selling bespeak - the settings pretty much permit yous to make the game as intense as y'all want it to be: number of zombies, zombie speed, loot amounts, loot respawn time, crafting and looting timers, length of game day/dark (of import since the default is zombies shamble during the day but run at night), and and so on. You can besides mod in/alter stuff also; although there's no official support for it nonetheless, the game's forums accept a very busy modernistic expanse for adding new buildings, items, etc.

Even if they kill the six months policy, any game you lot accept already purchased will be grandfathered in. No way in hell Valve tries otherwise since they'd go consumer activists/AGs/class action lawyers on their case.

It will be amusing when someone says "I tin can't run the game" and they can point to the hardware survey results they collected from yous saying "but you take all the minimum specs."

Maybe or it'southward the fact that I'yard basing it on bodily real-life examples:

quote:

Since June second, 30% of Octodad units sold have been returned. (i.due east. for every 10 units sold this week, 3 returns have been made.)

Since Steam does pause down the information by auction toll, we are in a position where we tin have some certainty on when a returned game was purchased. For instance, we participated in the winter sale in December at 50% & 75% off, and in a 'Midweek Madness' auction in Apr at 66% off. It turns out that 80% of our refunds match the sale cost for these periods, putting the purchase dates betwixt 2-v months ago.

There are other examples from devs that actually decided to talk about it (with extreme examples being 50% returned purchases). It turns out that as with other things - Steam is a special case where its users are much more than invested in the store's economic system and reply differently than people on other services.
